Great view and affordable price. the hotel is located near central sightseeings, which makes it convenient to explore the city. the room we stayed in had a nice view and was big enough for a comfortable stay. the staff was friendly and offered helpful services like complimentary breakfast and bottled water.
Noise and smoking were an issue. the room was noisy due to inconsiderate guests coming and going at all hours.

Nice view and location.
Airconditioning is bad and it is hot in rooms. Only 1 pack of towels were provided on the second day - problems with laundry. Unconvenient shower - you can not close it and the floor is always wet.

The staff all spoke English and were excellent with their help and advice, nothing was not to much trouble for them.
Did not like the window opening completely, I was scared of falling out - 11 floors up - should either have a safety barrier or a restricted opening. If you use the mini bar keep a tally of what you use, I am sure I was charged for items not restocked.

For our romantic escape, we booked a hotel located in the heart of the city. The view from the room was breathtaking and the location was very convenient, close to museums and good restaurants. The room was well-equipped with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. We especially enjoyed the breakfast which was promptly delivered to our room every morning and the coffee was amazing.
The stay was marred by the noisy and inconsiderate guests who kept us up late into the night. the staff didn't seem to care about enforcing the no-smoking policy as we could smell smoke throughout our stay.

The panaroma view is there indeed. So are all the conveniences you could expect (slippers, wardrobe, cable, minibar, wi-fi etc.). They do not have a cafe on site, yet several nice breakfast venues are just 100m away

The location is excellent, round the corner from St Andrew's descent and a few streets away from Independence Square. Very quiet location. The hotel can arrange for a car to collect you at the airport - worth asking about as the taxi stand at Borispol airport is not the easiest place to negotiate a price. Room was very clean and airy and a good view (Hotel is on the 11th floor).

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore all the sightseeing attractions. it is situated on a trolley line, providing easy access to public transportation. Guests can enjoy unobstructed views of the city from the rooms, offering a picturesque setting. the rooms are clean, well-furnished, and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and prompt in delivering the included breakfast to the rooms.
Some guests have reported noise issues caused by other guests, who seem to disregard the hotel's policy of keeping noise to a minimum.

Perfect personal! Very polite and helpful!
No proper ventilation, no a/c, no sound isolation from the noises out of the corridor. The hotel management should specify in its information on the Booked.net that hotel is situated on the last 2 floors of the building. Bath staff (soap, gel, etc) very poor-looking. Though the design of the rooms looks luxereuos, sometimes I felt like in the hostel - may be due to the location of the hotel on the last two floors and no proper lobby area.

The location of this hotel is great, only five to ten minutes walk to Mikhailivs'ka and St. Sofia church, the big shopping areas etc. It is located in a business district, so there's always enough taxi's to catch and metro is not even 10 minutes walk. The view is great! Our room on the 11th floor was good, very clean, with shower and tv, sofa, big closet and fridge. Me and my fiance were looking for a decent place to stay, not too fancy, close to the city centre. And for that it is really perfect! Since prices of hotels in Kiev are pretty high, this was indeed a good price/quality stay. And the staff is really nice.
The main entrance to the building surprised us, the people at the reception did not say anything and were very unfriendly. But then we came to understood that the 'hotel' is only on the 11th floor. The rest of the building is for private apartments and therefore staff at the floor reception is only there for security and not for anything else, like smiling to tourists :-) . Besides that, I would not recommend the hotel to people with kids, since there's a large window that only opens in one way, without a safety bar or anything else for protection. For kids, pets, people who sleep walk and love an open window, this may not be a good choice.

Napisze w moim ojczystym języku. This facility ib in a business building. Unacceptable for foreign visitors - staff speak issufient English. As a businessman, rooms not ideal for comfortable working. One morning, the water was cold - could not take a shower. Definately will not be booking this place in the future

The view out of our hotel room was very pretty. The room felt really ukrainian and was located pleasantly in a good neighbourhood of Kiev. From the hotel most attractions are very easy to reach, and mostly in walking distance. The hotel room was also very quiet and the personnel was very friendly and service minded, although their ability to speak English could be improved. The language barrier resulted in some very funny discussions accompanied with a lot of sign language to make things clear.
Hotel room was very hot, and dusty.

The location is great and the service most friendly.
There were some small inconveniances; no breakfast, only coffee or tea. No bedside light, so you have to get out of bed and go through the room to shut the light at nights. And go back to the bed in the dark...
